An ode of sorts to the amazing influence on me by Alice Cooper. Deserves to be played loud.
You've been jilted. You recede into the darkest depths of your own mind and there you plot your revenge. What evolves is a savage tale of a wolf in sheep's clothing and the ultimate revenge fantasy. Thank God I was able to get this out of me as art, that's all I can say.
Definitely don't try this at home...
lyrics
Hello Precious, Imagine seeing you here
I’ve missed you so much but I’m back you have nothing to fear
Remember when I said NEVER SAY NEVER, and you tried to be clever,
And you stormed off into night
Run me through it, baby…Why’d ya do it, baby?
All this talking is making me hungry
Why don’t you join me for a bite?
Well, Pucker up Buttercup, toughen up Princess
Lay your soul bare, do I cause you distress
I picture you screamin’ at night when I’m dreamin
OMG! You’re not…. VEGAN? Are you?
Your days are numbered, I’m comin round,
Sleep baby, slumber, fall to the ground
Fall to the ground, Fall to the ground
As the poison works its way down
You held the chance in your hands then you let it slip through,
Now I hold you in contempt of everything I hold true (you’re in the stew!)
Clock Strikes, time to go
Time goes so slow
But I’ve got some games we can play
There’s fire burns and…swallow the worm,
excuse me, While I put some funky love in my veins
Can you feel your last meal is just hours away?
Quickly now precious, the beast has been browned
The blood has been boiled, the bones have been ground
We’re gonna enjoy this beautiful poison,
EAT! Bon Appetite!
Your days are numbered, I’m coming round,
Sleep baby, slumber, fall to the ground
Fall to the ground, fall to the ground
As the poison works its way down
You labelled me insane, You called me a freak
Now you just sit there screaming my name – JUST SHUT UP AND EAT!
GUESS WHO’S COMIN’ TO DINNER TONIGHT?
GUESS WHO’S COMIN’ TO DINNER TONIGHT?
GUESS WHO’S COMIN’ TO DINNER TONIGHT?
Your days are numbered, I’m coming round,
Sleep baby, slumber, as the poison works its way down
